What you ask most often.
What happens at the first visit and what can I expect?
When you arrive at the Tivoli building, check in at the main reception (shared with the pool) — give your name and mention you’re here for a session with SP kineziologija. You’ll receive an entry wristband and a locker to change in. At the agreed time we meet at the gym reception and head to the training area together. The first minutes are for a conversation and a review of your documents (medical reports, previous measurements or injuries) and to define your goals precisely. With no lengthy theory, we then run a kinesiology assessment (mobility, stability, movement patterns) and start with concrete exercises in that very first session. Bring comfortable sportswear, clean indoor sports shoes, a water bottle, a towel and any relevant medical reports.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No — quite the opposite. Most clients aren’t in shape when they start. We begin exactly where you are.
How long until I see results?
In the first four weeks you usually notice better sleep and more energy. Visible body and strength changes show up between weeks 8 and 12.
Where do we train?
At Fitnes Tivoli in Ljubljana. Gym entry is included in every service price.
What if I’m injured or recovering?
I’ve spent years working with ballet dancers and athletes in rehab. With a physiotherapist’s clearance — or together with our partner Klementina — we progressively build a safe path back to full movement.
